Service description:

The National Emergency, Crisis, Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA) is committed when conducting specialized courses, use the best scientific and practical methods dependent on simulation and application of real cases during the implementation of training activities. These courses also reflect the integrated system of emergency, crises, and disasters management in the United Arab Emirates.

Completion of the electronic nomination form with the nominee’s details

Terms and conditions:

• Compliance with the target audience and the specific nomination conditions and to nominate those who have not previously attended.
• Commitment to nominate one UAE national to attend each training course, considering his placement in the emirate closest to his workplace.
• Commitment to confirm the attendance of the nominee and in the event that the nominee cancels the course an alternative is available, whereby the training department is to be notified within 10 working days before the course is held via e-mail: training@ncema.gov.ae
• The training sessions are held from eight in the morning until two in the afternoon.
• The completion certificate will not be awarded to any trainee who is absent for more than 20% of the total duration.

General Terms and Conditions:

• The number of nominees from each concerned organization shall not exceed one nominee in each session.
• The seats allocated to each training course are limited and, in the event, that they are not available, the concerned organization will be informed and provided with alternative solutions.
• If there are specific training needs for many nominees from one organization, NCEMA will coordinate with the organization to implement the course.
• The entity must specify the training coordinator as well as an alternative to him/her with NCEMA by emailing: training@ncema.gov.ae through the official email by the relevant organization. In case of any changes to the training coordinator, NCEMA needs to be notified.

Service procedures:

• Receive the nomination from the concerned organization.
• In the event that the nominee is approved, he/she will be contacted five working days prior to the course date to confirm his/her attendance with the details of venue of the course.
