Service description:

A service provided by the National Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA) to all concerned parties in order to find legal solutions included in the law establishing NCEMA and the regulations and decisions issued by it in relation to emergency, crises and disasters management.

Required Documents:

• Fill out the form and approve it from the requesting party.
• Send the request via e-mail:legaladvice@ncema.gov.ae

Terms and conditions:

• Request from officially authorized by the requesting organization
• Advice concerning emergency, crisis, and disaster management

Service procedures:

• The request is reviewed to ensure that all requirements are met
• If all the requirements are not met, the requesting party will be contacted to complete the requirements.
• If all requirements are met, the entity’s request will be answered via email during business hours.
