NCEMA holds a training course on "strategic thinking patterns” at Rabdan Academy

The National Emergency and Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA) held a training course titled “Strategic Thinking Patterns” at the Rabdan Academy with the participation of NCEMA’s employees.

The course focused on the importance of identifying ways for translating goals into effective action plans that contribute to achieving the goals and mission of the institution, training on analyzing the internal and external environment and identifying available opportunities and potential threats to the institution, in addition to making strategic decisions for the institution and the ability to use patterns of thinking that support strategic thinking.

At the end of the course, H.E. Saif Mohammed Arhamah Al Shamsi, Deputy Director General, honored the participants, praising their efforts and contributions to raising awareness level and stressing the importance of developing employee skills for strategic thinking.
