“The National Emergency and Crisis and Disasters Management Authority” organizes a course on the management and assessment of emergency, crisis and disaster-related risks in Al Ain

The National Emergency and Crisis and Disasters Management Authority, represented by Al Ain Center, organized a course on the management and assessment of risks in the field of emergency, crises and disasters in cooperation with Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority, in which the Authority’s staff and employees of the concerned institutions participated.

The course aims to introduce the concept and principles of risk management, provide training to deal with situations before and during emergencies, crises and disasters, assess risk management procedures, describe the methods used to identify the impact of expected crises on the country’s various sectors, and finally evaluate the risk management plans and the methods used to create risk records.

At the end of the course, H.E. Ahmed Balklila Al Ameri, Director of Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority – Al Ain branch, honored the participants and praised the National Emergency and Crisis and Disasters Management Authority for its valuable efforts.
