NCEMA organizes a Business Continuity Lead Implementer training course in Fujairah

As part of the National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority’s (NCEMA’s) efforts to promote and implement business continuity among corporations throughout the United Arab Emirates, in line with the country’s policy to boost the preparedness of all stakeholders, a Business Continuity Lead Implementer training course was held from 25 to 29 November 2018, in association with Rabdan Academy at the Emirate of Fujairah.

Mr. Salem Mohammed Al Dahmani, Director of the Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Center/ Fujairah, confirmed that this course aims to secure the provision of vital and essential activities through senior management commitment, analysis of business effects, risk assessment and strategy drafting, with the existence of a response plan for internal incidents, a business continuity plan and a media plan while providing necessary training and awareness to the concerned staff at corporations and conducting ongoing tests and exercises for continuous improvement.


At the end of the course, Mr. Salem Al Dahmani honored the course attendees. The course was attended by staff of various federal and local government authorities.
