The National Emergency and Crisis and Disasters Management Authority organizes a course on the preparation of emergency, crises and disasters management plans in Al Ain

The National Emergency and Crisis and Disasters Management Authority, represented by Al Ain Center, organized a course on how to prepare emergency, crises and disasters management plans in which the Authority’s staff as well as representatives of the local entities participated.

The course which was organized as part of the annual specialized courses and workshops plan aims to identify the elements of preparing emergency, crises and disasters management plans and provide training on how to develop general models for emergency management plans. The course also focused on training the participants on how to assess the current plans of each entity that operates in the field of emergency, crisis and disaster preparedness and response, as well as on how to coordinate with the concerned bodies during the development phase of national response plans.

At the end of the course, H.E. Eng. Rashid Musbeh Al Ma’ani, CEO of the Infrastructure Sector and Vice Chairman of the Emergency and Crisis Committee in Al Ain Municipality, honored the participants and thanked them for their interaction and engagement with the course which aims to develop the capabilities of the local staff working in the field of emergency and crisis management.
