The National Emergency and Crisis and Disasters Management Authority organizes a training course on the management and assessment of emergency, crisis and disaster-related risks

The National Emergency and Crisis and Disasters Management Authority organized a training course on the management and assessment of risks associated with emergencies, crises and disasters in which employees of the Family Development Foundation participated.

The course focused on several topics including the principles and basics of risk management, how to apply them before and during emergencies, crises and disasters, how to assess risk management procedures, identify the impact of potential crises on the country’s various sectors, and finally assess the risk management plans and prepare the risk register.

At the end of the course, Mrs. Shereena Al Mazroui, Head of the Employees Training and Development Division at the Family Development Foundation, honored the participants and praised the Authority’s efforts to develop the employees’ risk management and assessment skills.
